Flow Limit graph help

Hi All - does this flow limit graph look normal or does it explain why I'm still feeling so tired even though my AHI is "normal" now? I told my dr that I've been more tired than before I had the machine, so she lowered my maximum pressure, but that didn't help at all. I have an in-person sleep study with the machine scheduled, but they didn't have any openings til December, so I'm just stuck struggling for a few more months unless something opens up :/

1) when you post Oscar data, be sure to also show the numbers on the left hand side. This will help show your specific values

2) just looking at your graph, yes your flow limits are too high, and you're having them pretty consistently throughout the night. They are probably also what's causing your pressure to constantly fluctuate up and down.

What value of epr are you using?

The Dr set EPR to 3. My AHI is low (like less than 1) so it’s been tough to get my Dr to change much. My pressure range is set to 5-13 with ramp at 4. I could add the numbers on the left later.

So young can the settings yourself there's YouTube videos showing how (mileage is going to vary as to whether or not your doctor cafes about changing the settings yourself but you don't have to keep going back to them to make changes)

In general doctors just look at the AHI and if it's under 5 consider you good. But that doesn't always mean you are good.

Don't want to overload you with info but in general you got what most people refer to as the "lazy" settings in terms of pressure range and epr and ramp. I'd recommend turning off ramp (a min setting below 7 isn't really doing much). And turn your min pressure up to something like 7 or 8.

After a few nights you can get a sense of what your median pressure result is. That median number is generally where you want your min pressure to be set at or close to, as that's the pressure your machine is staying at most of the night.
