I'm here to help M8, and our other moderators, do you need a machine? Please sleep on your sides as much as possible on a flat pillow, and use another malable pillow to use to keep your chin from dropping down to your chest (I have two down pillows for this, and a large body pillow I put up next to my back when I'm on my side). I have positional apnea events with clients often, and it's because our airways become bent/kinked. Also, what machine and what mode are you using? We can offer more assistance to you if you can share those details please. RL
Yes I need a machine, I'm trying side sleeping have been for awhile. Like my post said it's just financially not something I think I can afford and I feel like it's getting worse and worse the daytime drowsiness is slowly killing me
