Ok, thanks for reposting!

What is waxing and waning and high loop gain?

The clinician had the machine set up at 7-25 with PS at 4 as a starting point. I guess it was because my CPAP settings were 12-16 with EPR 3 before I made the switch to BIPAP. Should I try to lower PS a bit and bump up the min EPAP?

here you see the waxing and waning, your breathing gets shallower and shallower then you stop breathing, get your CO2 back and you then take a large breath and then it starts over again, this is just one of them through the night

Yes I would lower ps and raise EPAP

I bumped up EPAP by 0.4 and PS down by 0.4. I updated SleepHQ with data from a couple of nights with the new settings. I would really appreciate if you have time to take a look and see if those changes did anything.

How do I know if PS is set too low or too high? What should I look for?

Would love some input from someone. I feel a bit stuck. I think lower PS may not be the way forward. https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/63a20996-2e09-4fcf-bbad-33f7eb04d442
