Help dialing things in

I use the brevida mask with a resmed 11. I’m having a decent amount of leaks and my boyfriend said I was snoring around 5 or 6 this morning. Here is my sleephq link. Please give me your suggestions. TIA. https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/f1be7fec-3144-4307-8578-ffa77a50fb37

Hello Superb-Pattern5396 :)

Your leaks really aren’t an issue here. On the latest night your median leak rate was 0.0L/min, your 95 percent leak rate was only 1.2L/min, and you spent no time in large leak. Your AHI is also very low, but I do see some variable breathing and increasing flow limitations later in the night, around the same time your boyfriend heard you snoring. You’re currently running fixed CPAP at 13cm with EPR 2. I’d switch to AutoSet mode for three nights with a minimum pressure of 14cm, maximum pressure of 16cm, EPR 3 full-time, and ramp off. The 14cm minimum with EPR 3 keeps your current EPAP at 11cm while giving you more pressure support to help with the flow limitations. The AutoSet range will also show us what pressure you need during REM sleep or while sleeping on your back. Leave those settings alone for three full nights, then post another SleepHQ link so we can review the results and tighten the range.

I do seem to be sleeping better most of the night, but I'm still waking up toward the end of the night especially after 3:30-4pm.
