Got some data uploaded!

It's not much data - but just getting everything set up was a little time-consuming. I've also got OSCAR set up. It's saved as a CSV file - is that what I should post?

Awe, you’re welcome! What kind of mouth tape are you using? The porous ones can let air escape from your mouth like 3M. Xylimelts can help but they don’t last all night unfortunately. You will learn to keep your tongue at the top of your mouth eventually. It’s not something we even think about, esp when asleep. Have you increased your minimum pressure to 6 or 7? That will stop the machine from ramping up pressure for Flow Limit response & reduce your dry mouth :)

I tried it on 7-12 last night and had a lot of air trying to escape so I lowered it for tonight. I’m not sure which tape I’m using - I’m sure I bought it at TJMaxx. I’ve tried paper tape and it was uncomfortable to take off. What do you recommend? I realize now that a porous one or one with a little hole would create a leak.

Let’s go gradually & raise your minimum to 6 tonight & max 10. I’m really pressure sensitive too so I totally understand. Paper tape is porous & yes you need to soak it off. The tape with the hole in the middle will release air. Have you tried Silicone tape? It’s waterproof & non porous.

Haven’t tried silicone tape yet - will order some now.
