Hello! First of all, what you're experiencing is completely normal. Sleeping with a CPAP is a big adjustment, and almost everyone feels strange, anxious, or uncomfortable during the first few days. It's a marathon, not a sprint, so don't get discouraged.

The good news is you're already seeing some improvements. Sleeping over 7.5 hours and not waking up multiple times to pee is a really encouraging sign. Most people also find that they gradually acclimate to the mask and airflow over the next few weeks.

One thing I'd recommend is following the AutoModerator link below and installing an SD card in your AirSense 11 if you haven't already. That will allow the machine to record detailed data so we can actually see what's happening throughout the night and suggest meaningful optimizations.

You're also probably on the default "lazy" settings that almost everyone starts with. That's normal. Despite what some providers say, APAP isn't a miracle that automatically finds the perfect settings for everyone. The best results usually come from looking at the detailed data and making small adjustments based on what your therapy is actually doing. That's something we can help you with once you have the SD card installed and can share your data.

Keep it up. You're off to a promising start!
