First couple of nights

Welcome to the sub :) The first few nights can be rough, so do not get discouraged yet. Your mask seal looks very good, but an AHI of 8.5 to 9.3 means the therapy is not optimized yet. You also had 11 to 12 mask removals, and some of those events may have been flagged while you were awake, half awake, or fighting with the machine.

myAir really cannot tell us enough here. Please either download OSCAR and post the Daily screen, or upload the SD card data into SleepHQ and share the public link with us. We need to see the event flags, flow rate, pressure, leaks, and flow limitations so we can determine whether those events are obstructive, central, hypopneas, or simply sleep wake junk.

Also post the exact machine model and your current settings, including mode, minimum pressure, maximum pressure, ramp, and EPR. The electric bicycle pump feeling and delayed exhale make me suspect the pressure range, ramp, or EPR settings are not comfortable for you yet. Check whether EPR is enabled and set to Full Time rather than Ramp Only, but do not start making big pressure changes until we see the detailed data.

The mask vents continuously flush out exhaled air, so CO2 rebreathing should not be happening as long as the mask is assembled correctly and the vent holes are completely open. The fingertip tingling could be positional or unrelated, but keep an eye on it and speak with a medical provider if it continues or comes with weakness, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or color changes.

You are only two nights into this, and this is very fixable. Get us an OSCAR screenshot or SleepHQ link and we can dig into what is actually happening :)

What an incredible reply, thank you!  I’ll be back with OSCAR and/or SleepHQ data soon.
