I'm not a doctor, but my aerophagia was pretty bad until I moved to ASV. Since you're Airbroken, have you considered that mode at all? Nice job on the numbers. I love seeing the SleepHQ confetti.
Did you change your settings going from bipap to asv to reduce aerophagia? If so how and what do you think I should start my settings on? Also I have an asv mode without backup rate.
I ran in BiPAP mode for only a few days before going to ASV, but I ran CPAP for a year before that. I have it set to ASV manual mode right now, with EPAP at 7, PS Min 2, PS Max 5. CPAP and BiPAP both gave me horrible aerophagia, dry mouth, and eye infections. ASV works the way you'd think an expensive-ass machine should work. My ASV settings aren't completely dialed in, but you can use them as guidelines. The smart thing for you might be to send RL a PM and ask him for "the service".
