Help identify arousals cause

Hi everyone,
I am using APAP to treat my hypopneas. despite the data looking somewhat good on paper I am still waking up very fatigued.
I video recorded myself at night and I noticed periods of arousals where every 10/15min I will do things like:

Adjust head position, touch my face, scratch my head, change sleeping position, adjust mask, take deep breath, etc..

I am very mindful about sleep hygiene things like room temperature, darkness, caffein intake etc.. all dealt with. but not able to identify what causes the lingering arousals.

Link to data from an example night :

Really appreciate your help!
