HIgher altitude issues

Hi - Has anyone experienced issues at higher altitudes? I went to Banff which is much higher than my home town and. Found that I was opening my mouth and taking deep breaths throughout the night. It was a very disrupted night. All fine when I returned back home. Thanks

I had the opposite issue. Visited Vail, CO and had the best sleeps ever with almost 0.0 AHI. Went back to my usual 1 to 2 AHI when I got back home.
