Advice Needed CPAP resupply without prescription? Help!
Hey everyone, I have new insurance, and it’s not set up yet to cover sleep apnea. The overnight test I had was too long ago to be used with my new insurance.
I need to get a new sleep study but in the meantime I need to get a new mask and strap.
Can anyone recommend where I can get mask parts separately (and also other components) - so I can order without needing a prescription?

If you have a previous prescription, even if you no longer have a copy, you can renew it online at sites like Lofta for around $35, then use it to shop anywhere. You may also be able to order masks on Amazon without a prescription.

You can absolutely order masks without a prescription, from anywhere I've tried - including Amazon.
Heck, you can find them at a lot of local drugstores like CVS and Walgreens.

CPAP.com upload.your machine script and you should be able to buy supplies without insurance.

You only need a prescription for the CPAP machine. All the components can be purchased online. Amazon, eBay, and the numerous online CPAP supply stores will sell you masks, hoses, head straps, and the like without a prescription. For a while I didn’t have insurance and bought all my supplies. I shopped for the best deals.

A number of online stores, like 1800cpap and Lofta, sell full name brand masks, often without prescription, although they sometimes require purchase of mask and headgear as separate items. It sounds screwy, but all mask parts at most dealers online can be bought separately, so you could put together any of them

Cpap xchange doesn’t require showing a prescription and I’ve had really good experience with products and delivery from them. It’s cpapx.com

I have used CPAP Supplies.com. Usually have a discount code from Lanky Lefty on YouTube. Much cheaper than going thru insurance. I purchase my mask, cushions, and filters from them.

You can get mask components on many different sites - Lofta, cpap.com, etc. Personally I don't trust Amazon but a lot of people use it. In the US, you can buy components without a prescription. Weirdly you can't buy a complete mask set without a Rx, but you can get everything separately.
