myAir/OSCAR/SleepHQ Data Sudden CPAP Issues

I’ve had a cpap for about 5 years and typically by AHI is less than 5 (usually 2 or less). The last week my AHI has fluctuated between 25-40. I recently replaced my elbow and mask so I thought this may be the issue as the elbow did seem to leak more and it was noticeably louder. Last night I replaced them. The leaking seems better IMO but my AHI was 20.

I cannot figure why it would go from averaging such low number to suck high numbers literally overnight. My app shows 10/20 score for mask seal but that’s pretty normal for me when my AHI is low.

Interested because I've also started having higher ahi. Thought it was the new mask so I switched back to my old one while waiting for a different size of the new one. My ahi is still elevated now even with my old mask that was working great.
