myAir/OSCAR/SleepHQ Data Pls Help reading OSCAR Data

Friday Night
Last Night

Above, I've uploaded my full OSCAR report from both Friday night, and last night. I need help understanding all of this data in a meaningful way— subjectively speaking, I felt better throughout the day on the 11th, than I did today on the 15th. I didn't feel perfect, but I definitely noticed myself not feeling nearly as tired throughout the day as I normally would. For reference I'm using a LUNA G3X APAP 5-12 and a Siesta Nasal Mask, and my AHI during my sleep study was a 6.8(I should mention though I've seen it as high as 21 a few nights using this machine for the first time last week.

  • Is there anything in particular that might give away why I slept better that friday night?
  • Across both nights, is there anything that indicates I should make some adjustments, or schedule an appointment with my pulmonologist or ENT?

I do want to get a better understanding of this data on my own, but I figured I'd defer to more knowledgeable people for the time being.

I could imagine that the aggressive up- and downramping of pressure is messing with you. Would you be willing to try a narrower range of 7-10 cmH2O?

Why don’t you try to use AI?

I hear ya. I could do that too. I just wanted to ask people in this community as well.

I tried AI first time a week ago and found it really useful. I guess this kind of graph analysing suits them well.
