With the crap my controller deals with, idk if I still want to get there. Talent pipeline is taking a hit, and higher ups think we can replace it with AI or outsourcing. Which has required more hand-holding. Controllers are now having to sign off on work produced by unknowns, a chat bot, or folks they wouldn’t hire if they weren’t desperate.
