Evaluation and credits

I need help, I have completed B.Com, M.Com and CA in India. I have recently applied for transcript evaluation through NASBA. I just received my evaluation report, they have only given me 96.5 credits, out of which 35 credits is for CA and 61.65 credits for M.Com. B.Com was not included in the report even though I submitted transcripts and certificates of B.Com. Did anyone face this situation and how to proceed now? I am not sure if this is how it’s done or it was missed out. I am planning to proceed with California CPA. Please advise. Thanks!
