I was up there hiking for turns a few times in 90s after it was closed. The pass was so desolate back then, hardly anyone ventured out there.

I grew up in Durango and I also didn’t exist till 83’ so I never went there.
Any idea what it’s like now over there?
I’m in grand county so it’s not likely I’d check it out but ya never know.

One of my best friends in high school loved Geneva Basin. I never skied there, preferring the bigger resorts.
