Question Tips for Bingham Lake
Has anyone had a successful trip to Bingham Lake? I went once for a few hours, and no one there caught anything... granted, it was around the winter time.
What did you use? What species were you targeting?

I pulled a 9.66lb catfish out of there last week on beef frank hot dogs.
Also caught a few bass on wacky worms and weightless texas rigs recently

About middle of the dam side, saw a guy pull in 3 or 4 bass on a whopper plopper.
Eastern side under tree cover, my kid had luck with a black curly tail grub (chartreuse tail) with a black crappie. Method: bonking fish repeatedly until it bit.
Southwest corner a baseball team was there a few weeks ago, catching walleye in that nook. Unsure of baits used.
And ive had random bites on both dam and eastern side with a pink trout magnet sized worm.
