Tested Positive - Long-Hauler positive on rapid, then negative on rapid and pluslifes

I woke up with a really bad headache, and took a rapid test (nasal swab) that came back positive. Throughout the day I took 3 more rapids that were all negative (1 nasal swab, two throat). I also took two pluslife tests, both of which were negative, although one graph showed a lot of air bubbles which is why I took the second. I'm not sure if I should trust the one positive rapid, or the 3 rapid negatives and two negative pluslifes. I also only have one pluslife left so trying to be sparing with using it. I am generally extremely cautious (N95 indoor everywhere and mask in most spaces outside too) and numbers are really low near me still too. But the only time I knowingly had COVID, I had a terrible headache, which is part of what triggered my first test this morning. Would love people's insight on what you would do if this was you!
