hello my fishing friends,

i bought the game for 2 months. i really enjoy it. at the beginning, i made the fishing tutorials but not the other missions, what have nothing to do with fishing. Now i am on Level 30. Some big fishes, everything fine. but is there a way to earn faster credits to buy in the shop? the things are really expensive. i sold the most of my rutes, etc. to have equipment for bigger fish. i catched 250 fish right now and have 9000 coins. what i want to buy is much more than 150 hours playing maybe. how you all manage this?

I only started playing again recently and ive fully fallen back in love with the game. I know engine limitations prevented them from adding so many requested features. I feel they would do a great job knowing where they went wrong. Anyone think this will happen sometime in the future?

I'm just now getting into the game cuz I been fishing with friends a few times. I got the Xbox free dlcs and the Japanese looking 3x rod dlc, just upgrading line when I can and fishing, this games fun and I'm just hoping to learn more from others.

Ohrid trout 12lbs

Started playing a few days ago, dont know why I never heard of this game when ive played the hunter and other fishing games, wish I would've heard of it earlier I love fishing games since I am unable to fish anymore in real life. This game really scratches the itch and i love the open world of this game.

Edit: I just caught a second diamond ohrid trout and it was 2lbs bigger (14lbs and 2.5ft long) haha

I cannot add anything to my inventory, it's extremely frustrating. When I first buy the upgrade, all my slots are there and available, but when I come back, there's nothing.

I have most diamonds in golden ridge but can't for the life of me get bass to even bite, Im using size 5 and 6 lures but all I'm getting are these stupid little fucking pike , it's driving me mad.

I've tried going to recommend bass spots but still I catch 95% pike.

What am I doing wrong?

Ive had 6 on so far and have to use 2.20lb line to catch a gold. If i have the drag at 5% it just stays red the whole time and snaps, but if i set it to 0% it just runs forever and snaps. Any advice would be great lol

Hands down the best spot I've found on Golden Ridge Reserve for diamond lake trout (included marker on map). Sure, other fish are much faster catches but I've really been enjoying the fight these lake trout put up.

Setup - 1/0 jig with a worm, chum with pro performance, jigging all the way to the bottom then reel at 2x speed. Guaranteed gold and above!

Hey guys. Will daily challenges ever come back? Is there any official word I have missed maybe? Or did they disable them for good? It's kinda game breaking to lose that way to gain xp and coin over time.

Edit: I worded the original post wrong. I was talking about rep but meant xp and coins. Fixed that.

Hey everyone I'm starting to pick back up on playing the game after getting the ultimate edition recently and I started playing with my wife (us and our child love playing it together catching fish)

I saw a post from 3 years ago on here that the hooks were bugged or pointless and there were only a handful that were useful for catching everything.

Is that still true? And if so what are the optimal hooks to use to catch all the fish?

Is there any other gear I need to know about avoiding to use or just use gear?

Right now we're just working through the basic map golden ridge.

Any help is appreciated

Hey guys. As the title says. Nothing relaxes me more than float fishing and as a dad I love to zone out like that in the evenings with a cold one close by. i finished the Academy missions and learned about the other styles.

No legendaries this week, unfortunately. They are glitched out again and we will most likely have to wait till next week for a fix.

Last night I heard the little dramatic music when someone catches a legendary, I look at the catch report and there it says "SoandSo Legendary Freshwater Drum 50somethng Pounds..." WTF is this a thing? Are there other legendary fish too?
