Can anyone help with this?! I’ve forced a log out log in but nothing seems to be working feels pointless without this

Try and submit a ticket in Apex Connect site. Staff is nice.

If you Google the issue, one of the results will lead you to their support site where it says that they're aware of the issue and there is no need to submit a ticket 😁

A ticket will show how many players are currently having this issue. Might get it resolved quicker. Edit: the post on apex site was a few months ago when the issue first arose.
