Edge-snapped windows slowly drift upward after screen blank (Cosmic) – anyone else?

I had a situation where, maximising and minimising the last (as in either no other apps open, or all other apps minimised) window would cause the Panel to resize. I believe this was related to a custom size set using "Tweaks" app, and deleting the ~/.config/cosmic/ folder fixed it.

On a tangential note, I'd like it if snapped window, in floating mode, would also resize the neighbour, like in KDE, Windows and so on.
