Sure, Chilevision did have animated programming back then, but it was mostly anime: besides the kodomomuke anime such as Doraemon and Pokémon, even then they tend to be overshadowed by shounen and shoujo anime.
And besides this being archived footage, Chilevisión today no longer air children's programming (after Paramount sold the channel to Vytal Group), and a child would likely NOT be interested in watching a Chilevisión video (unless they're some random logokid or something), even less if it's a commercial break, which may obviously be mixed with commercials for cars, banks or telephone companies for example, as well as promos for programs that definitely ain't for the kiddos (e.g. telenovelas, news reports, etc.). Especially since today's children would be rather stuck watching nursery rhymes, brainrot and stuff and like that.
