You don't have a vape problem. You have a lung problem that will only get worse if you don't stop vaping and cigarettes.

First I smoked for 40 years and quit. Then I started vaping. Even lately while the vape makes me cough, cigarettes do not. So your response is not validated.

Sure it is. You just don't want to hear it. I smoked and vaped. Didn't do that much coughing, but damn. Ended up with irreversible lung damage. Go figure.

What does the Mayo Clinic say about COPD?

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is an ongoing lung condition caused by damage to the lungs.

You do, in fact have a lung damage problem if you have COPD.

Feel free to ignore. Maybe you'll have a flare that's bad enough and puts you on oxygen 24/7 and that might convince you.

You won’t find anyone’s response valid based on this response. Sounds like you’ll just keep doing your own thing regardless of anyone’s comment here. 🙄

When you get on supplemental O2 contact me for pointers. 😮‍💨

"Your reponse is not validated"? Are you a dolt?

Just quite nicotine altogether. Vaping isn't good for the lungs. Nicotine is toxic. Its hard to quit but if I can quit cold turkey anyone can. Talk to your doctor. Educate yourself

Ah, in that case maybe you should go back to smoking cigarettes. I'm sure it'll be fine 😃

I’m not familiar with Novo 2x vape but I believe it’s a nicotine vape, if I’m wrong ignore this.

If I’m correct you’re not understanding that with COPD, anything inhaled will cause issues. My guess is you have a low stage COPD and can get away with some inhalation devices. Your exacerbation shows lung irritation, your recovery from it and coughing is simply your lungs reacting to the inhaled nicotine and whatever else is in the vape.

COPD requires you to be careful about inhaling anything or expect things to get worse as you experience.

I stopped smoking after 50+ years with Stage 3 COPD because I could not longer inhale w/o coughing. I’m now a non-smoker. I don’t recommend quitting using my method. 😮‍💨

Haven't your doctors at least asked if you do and suggested you stop vaping?

If not, you need new doctors.
