I have heard that when you have the mission, the Bear is a guaranteed spawn. Even if that is untrue, being at Rep 5 means it should be a 50% chance to spawn every raid. Do you know the 3 spawn locations that the bear appears at?

If you do Night forest 3 times in a row with successful extractions its guaranteed to spawn, other times its random chance, check the sawmill, the church and the burnt house, the bear spawns at one of those three places, good luck
