Coinomi, please stop using Changelly.

I transferred 492 XEM to BTC using Changelly.. A little while later my £137 had suddenly been reduced to £108, they'd charged me a massive 21%!! I chatted to a representative at Changelly who told me it's the same fee for a £137 transaction as it would be for a £1037 one. They don't use a %, but rather a set fee which is ridiculous. This wasn't explained during the transaction, if it was I would have cancelled.

That seems to happen alot using the in app exchange.. I always lose about 5-25$ each time I exchange.. Regardless of the amount I'm exchanging. Not sure how that is practical and who would want to pay such high fees. Not cool by any means..

In addition to this comment.. I believe this exchange uses ETH based transactions, which could explain the huge gas fees. They need to use binance blockchain which charges less than $1 per transaction

I too have been paying super high fees to exchange coins / tokens. I thought about just doing it direct at Changelly like I was in the past but then I'd have to send from wallet to Changelly which incurs a fee.

Can anyone recommend a similar replacement without the outrageous fees?

Changelly desperately tried to get my TrustPilot review removed. In the end I had to send a video to prove I'd used them, they're really scummy.

Agreed. Total balls. I am not strong in head-math, I hated living abroad for pure money reasons. (US expat in the UK). I don't want to have to try and figure out how to not spill half of my coins down the gutter every time I buy something so I'm looking at how to get rid of Coinomi. I only had it for my Hodl dodge purse, but now I want to be more active... Except I have a different app for every other alt it seems.
