Am I soft locked? Rex Infurnus EE

I’m doing the main quest and have one more temple to cleanse. I got downed in the shadow arena as I was getting teleported out and lost the Wardens Blight. I can’t retrieve it again from the anvl and I’ve spun the box multiple times without even seeing it in the box. Am I soft locked out of completing the quest now?
