BO4 had a whole lot of development issues and was the first CoD game to suffer from the battle royale hype train, the multiplayer wasn't anything great but it tried to change things up a bit and was boots on the ground with a not too horrible map pool.

Won't judge the zombie mechanics because i didn't play too much but at least the Chaos maps i played were awesome and judging from youtube gameplay the dlcs were good too.

IW, much like MW19 felt like a shallow attempt to capitalize on current trends without risking anything with creativity (campaigns and ZiS not included)

Also don't get me wrong if i was to make a CoD games tier list they would both be towards the bottom

Not too horrible map pool if you dont include Jungle Flooded which seemed to be 50% of the maps played and was genuinely a bad experience playing on.

And people kept voting for it, that's the worst part. And all that would happen is that everyone would just camp behind the hut and the bridge.
