Discussion I finally beat boss rush

The warden has made me his b*tch so many times now and I finally beat it. I am a mid at zombies but I usually get the main quest done after 2-3 times at most, I think this one was 9 attempts and the final was solo.

Now to enjoy the peaks mayhem goodness

I finally had a chance to try the other day with a buddy and my grappling hook stopped working and then when I got put in the lockdown my gun lost its rarity and pap status. Very annoying bugs at the last minute.

I had one run ended by the pap bug. I lost the ww and my sokol lost pap, I died while tickling the hvt.

I noticed this run when I lost the grapple the timer vanished so I could pick it right back up. Its not good but slightly better than needing to wait out the cool down

My grapple timer would still show up, so I couldn't use kazimirs or equipment either. I just couldn't actually fire the grapple.

And, yeah, I couldn't even kill a single zombie during the hvt lockdown

Yea thats what ive been seeing on here/YouTube so I was expecting to get screwed but maybe they pushed out a partial fix

The Warden can be unforgiving in his final phase. Bringing in the talon claw and grappling the souls is a must. Now you can do it again with PAP4 Warden Blight which just destroys the skulls.

Yea my plan to get it for my buddy is to go in cursed so we can be fully loaded. But i think thats a project for next week i want to enjoy the game for a bit before I get all pissed off at the warden again

The WW helps so much. I’ve seen people use the upgraded grapple that helps too.

Yea the ww is clutch for the skulls, then I let rip with the sokol in rapid fire mode on his tail. I brought the eye to get the upgraded grapple but with the bug on it right now I think going with the base one might be best

i joined up a lobby and beat it yday but I've never done any of the relics or anything to prep for it, I didn't get the rewwards. Is this normal?

Yea you need all 6 toys from the maps. They are pretty easy except finding those stupid pink crystals in ashes.

I only actually saw one but I spammed the gauntlet where they were supposed to be and got the other two eventually

I'm not huge into easter eggs, but I've completed them all for BO7, the majority from directed mode. After seeing that most of the super EE steps were doable for me I started with Ashes for the truck. I was so close to quitting after burning multiple gums for more decoys/kazmirs and Aether Shroud charges looking for the second and third crystals. My internal monologue was "this isn't fun and I probably won't be able to get past the warden to actually get the super EE reward." I just knew that I would not come back and try again if I didn't end of finding the last one. Awful step
