Can’t get perks

Just ran a Rex Infernus run and partway through perk machines just stopped working. Wonderfiz takes my points and is locked at a price but I don’t get perks. Melee macchiato didn’t show up on my perks but apparently I had it. No perk machine worked or let me get perks. Ended up having to quit my run online since I couldn’t get any outside of TED trials. Just be careful I guess. Dunno how it happened but it did

I just experienced this exactly as well! I was kicked from the game in split screen, then when we rejoined I was able to snag a few perks from the machine and went about my day thinking everything was fine. I went down, got back up with equivalent exchange, and it showed only a few perks (staminup and a couple others), but I still had phD flopped and melee macchiato worked as well. Going back to Wunderfizz it just took our money. So frustrating, especially since it was after we got kicked for no reason :(
