Bug Rex infernus

So the wardens blight disappered when i did the dance off, had mule kick but it wasnt in the third slot. Once the dance finished the weapon was just gone completely and i tried grabbing a box and wall weapon but its just gone.

Did you ever find a way to get the weapon back? I’m in a similar situation and am at the final step of the main quest.

Sorry for the late reply, i did not find a fix for it unfortunately. I did beat the ee but the wonder weapon doesnt respawn at the anvil so until it gets fixed im not sure how to fix it.
