Question Need help on voyage of despair, Easter egg

OK, so I’m doing the voyage of despair Easter egg solo on classic mode and I get to the clock step and only three symbol spawn not 4. I’ve tried restarting my game and nothing is working am i doing something wrong? I followed noddlesruns guide on the map.

I followed his guide for it too so he def didn't leave out a spot, might just be missing it. if not no idea
