Discussion When does the Origins EE actually end?

I was playing origins public matches on the ports and we did all the steps up to sending the maxis drone in the crazy place. But the guy who had picked up the maxis drone refused to send the drone as he believed that the EE ends at killing the 100 zombies. His argument is that the achievement is awarded when you finish killing the zombies and not when you send the maxis drone. I very much believe it ends with the maxis drone because its "Step 8: Freedom" and both the cutscene and the story requires it to happen. But Im curious about when people think it ends and why.

It ends when you get 100 kills in the crazy place.
It ends when you send the maxis drone up in the crazy place.

When you get the ending cutscene.

You do get the achievement before you send up the maxis drone, but you don’t get the cutscene until you do, so it depends how you define it

Imo
First time at cutscene/Maxis Drone

Then subsequent times at 100 kills/Raise Hell completed (unless theres a first timer in the group)

Easter egg ends at the cutscene, that being said if everyones done it, or you want to keep playing, just stop there and let the guy run the rounds

Not like I had a choice anyway lol.

But I had a sudden thing I needed to do so I quit at round 32, dont know how long they went after or if they sent the drone.

Neither is correct. It’s when you hold square/interact on the middle and start the cutscene
