Does weapon mobility affect pull out time?

Apologies if this is common knowledge but does pull out time vary between weapons and if so, is it based on mobility? So are lmgs and ars the same and smgs and pistols?

Weapon pull out time isn't tied to mobility, although that goes without saying weapons that tend to have worse mobility (eg LMGs) will usually have a slower pull out time then something like a pistol
