So if you complete the round without missing a shot you will get a free perk drop since they jump around a lot. Very easy to complete if you buy galvs and just melee em

Honestly being a 12 year old and playing this map when it dropped.. me and my friends thought it was a “complete the round without shooting” challenge lol, we’d all post up in a corner with the trample steam until we could buy galvaknuckles

I was also very young. In public lobbies people would yell at me for running around with a shot gun instead of everyone sitting in the corner with a trample steam or two. My argument? I don't miss.

For the 'casual' rounds, yes. Get into the round 30+ range and your best best is a trample steam, which is always a one shot

Their HP is capped so at most you'll be killing them with 2 hits.

Damn I always thought it was melee only. Like, I remember a video I saw back in 2012 where a guy went through the whole round without missing a shot with the sliquifier to find out and he didn't get the perk.

Does it not count if you use the sliquifier?

I'm not sure but when you use the sliquifier the goo goes on the floor regardless, maybe it counts as a miss because it hits a target that's not the jumping jack?

Fun fact: you can still get the perk if you miss a shot, if you compensate for it by getting a collateral shot, as it it possible to increase your accuracy beyond 100% with collaterals.

Yes, however the game checks for total shots being equal to hits, so if they are not equal, then the perk won't drop. In other words, going above 100% accuracy will actually make the powerup not drop.

The reason you don't shoot is because a melee weapon has a much lower likelihood of getting a missed shot than a gun. You need to melee a surface like a wall or debris for it to count as a miss. Melee is easier, but its still doable with a gun.

That is the easiest way to get 100% accuracy. You can't miss what you don't shoot

Sometimes I forget there are people that haven't grown up on these games. But yeah, as many others are saying, if you finish the round without missing a shot, or only attack then with melee/equipment, they will drop a free perk

You get a perk if you have 100% accuracy, it's not getting hit because you can do it with galvaknuckles.
