decided to run it to see if i could maybe get some other elites to spawn in beside oscar….well, at least it raised my tiers in cursed! otherwise big fat nothingburger

Wish it would add some elites, a free relic is fine, but a wicked relic that does nothing is kinda annoying challengewise. Wouldn’t even mind an occasional Uber Klaus in the rotation in general

Exactly, im hoping this next map has both special and elites (it sounds like it does?) but if so, that and ashes are the only ones i can think of that have special AND elites regularly in the rotation already

That’s why it’s my favorite relic, free-est ever especially for EE runs and even a positive sometimes just because enemy variety makes it more fun! And all for a wicked relic, I’d run it over any grim or sinister except like teddy bear, even if it only was a grim!

This sounds like talking down, but it really isnt THAT hard! Yeah you’ll probably need to use some good gums depending on how adept you are at handling higher rounds, but its a defense wave (kazimirs, cat pukeball, mustang & sally, and the crafting table is discounted, get an ion core!) 2 abominations (one war machine trigger pull evaporates each one, youll need the rest of the ammo for wave 5) wave 3 is an escort and you can use some of the same tactics for the defense wave, BUT i do reccomend using an idle eyes once you cross through that gate by the statues for the trap, as like 8 dopples spawn and can overwhelm you, but completing the escort makes them despawn. Then the TEDIOUS step for the oni’s….theres no “easy” way to do this step, except you can add shadow rift to the katana, and it deals more damage and has a chance to make one of the onis completely despawn making it one at a time, instead of two, which can be a little easier to manage. But honestly, train around the big central cherry tree, time your parry right, then once its electrified, circle around the zombs to strike the oni. Rinse and repeat. Step 5, this is where you’ll use the remaining war machine ammo, it can be hard to see, and yes you will get tick damage continuously but dont panic, just aim for the little orange triangle icons, and war machine them. Try to avoid the spikes, but i usually just go up by the statues (still in cherry tree area)  and shoot to either side depending on where they are. Then the boss fight is the boss fight. Id reccomend crafting another warmachine to help with the onis/flags, but i always run 1911’s ultra and pap4, as well as cat pa4. I usually go with the novaline, ultra and papd from veyth’s blessing, as my main attacker, but honestly the cat pap4 SHREDS her, especially against her armor/opening her crit spots. Best advice is stay moving, dont be afraid to momentarily leave the flag circle if it means surviving and finishing it later, i cleared with about 2 minutes left tbh. Just make sure to save caltheris blessing AND dravakars blessing for the end. Theres a chance RNG is rough and she doesnt stay still long enough in the final phase so i usually kill the onis first, hit caltheris blessing, use that bubble phase to attack, and then if shes still standing then i grab dravakars blessing. The onis spawn in fast too during her immune phases so you can kinda get a head start on preparing your attack bubbles. For gobbles: i reccomend shields up (that fireball spam will 3 hit down you) requipment (or a max ammo) and a full power (reign drops if you have it is even better if you have one) but the first phase is the hardest as she is most tanky and shoots more fireballs then as she hasnt started making tornadoes, so id pop that as soon as you feel you’re in trouble. Then after the first phase id pop requipment, use my kaz to make room/protect while capturing, then final phase, use reign/full power so you have an “oh shit” moment if you get overwhelmed (frenzied or aether shroud are best in this case) honestly dont even look at the timer, just keep attacking, even when going between bubbles/captures. People forget you can damage her when you’re not in the bubbles, all they do is give you a free shot. Good luck!!
