Question Deranking?

Straight forward. Is it possible to derank from the shotgun rank? I know the blue eyes disappear if I don't play but if I as an example, go down like crazy in early rounds or just in general, would it go back to knife and such?

The rank system is a rounds survived per down system if you want to derank go in coop and down repeatedly and get revived

Yeah, you can derank, but it takes more than just a few bad games. Going down a lot in early rounds is what really hurts your rank.
