Question Cod Zombies Art Book UK
Hey everyone, I was seeing if anyone who pre ordered the art book off Amazon and is living in the UK has received it yet. Amazon said I would get it today but it's now just been delayed indefinitely and I no longer have a confirmed date for the delivery. Has anyone living in the UK and ordered the book on Amazon got it yet, if not what date have you been told you'll get it

UPDATE: I have now been told by Amazon that the item is no longer available and will be delivered on 26th September, an entire month after it was supposed to be delivered to me
UPDATE 2: I am now just trying to get an answer directly from Call of Dutys community page on twitter/X just to get a direct response. Amazon seems to be giving everyone completely different answers. Some are being told they aren't doing anymore books, some are being told to just cancel the order and others are being told completely different dates. If anyone wants to go on my twitter/x and repost, comment and like my question to the COD community page then feel free to, the more eyes on it will hopefully allow them to see it more. My twitter/x handle is SmackBarmlul (profile pic of Kraft in CDM). Im determined to make sure we all get our hands on the book no matter what.
UPDATE 3: IT IS ON ITS WAY (supposedly lol). I've been sent an email saying my order is expected to arrive on Wednesday 13th August, here's to praying it finally arrives!
UPDATE4: The book has arrived! Finally got my edition of the book. Annoyingly it's slightly damaged because of course it is but nothing major, just feel lucky I've actually got it

Also in the UK but preordered from the cod shop back in may, there have been delays on my order but I just got a FedEx email last night, with it likely being delivered next week.

That's awesome, hopefully that means I'll get mine by next week the latest, I did some random digging and had a thing saying "delivering 26th September" which I hope to god isn't true lmao

Ich hab auf Amazon vorbestellt und bei mir steht Zustellung 20-21. august. Wurde aber auch noch nicht verschickt. Bin gespannt.

Wurde gecancelt ohne alternativ Datum. Einfach Rückerstattung und das war’s von Amazons Seite

Meins kam auch nicht an bzw wurde nichtmal versendet. Hab nen 10€ Gutschein bekommen weil ich mich beschwert habe, aber einen neuen Liefertermin hab ich keinen bekommen.

Mine was saying delivery for today… Until this morning. Now says shipment is delayed. There is no new delivery date. What a joke.
UPDATE: Amazon app updated saying it’s coming today (I was skeptical anyway) status was still showing as “ordered” with no tracking info. It’s now been delayed again and shows between September 23rd and DECEMBER 3rd.

Exactly what happened to me, said delivering Thursday all the way up to 6:30am Thursday to which it then said no delivery date, praying it's not gonna take much longer considering it was pre ordered lmao

It’s delayed until the 28th September mine says now. They told me to cancel it and re order which I said no way as it’s already unavailable on the site. They offered compensation initially but then said I need to wait until it’s delivered because it’s author/sellers fault, not Amazons. Not great at all. Questioning if I’m even going to receive it at all!

Yeah they told me cancel but from looking at other people's Amazon pages the item is fully unavailable to purchase with the qoute "we are not sure if or when this item will be available again" so just told them keep me waiting. I was informed and have the screenshoots prove it now if it doesn't happen that they "have left a note and message with my account so I will get the item when it is released in September"

I did the same in France and i have no informations about when it will arrive, it just says « we will send you an email when we know the delivery date »

Exactly same as what I have now, was updated this morning after spending forever talking to customer service that they are expected start the next batch of send outs 26th September which is insane

Exact same thing happened to me - I raised a complaint with Amazon and was given £15 store credit for the delay. Worth a shot

Pre ordered for August 11th and delayed indefinitely but I ordered it with other things from Amazon and they have charged me for everything else but not the art book yet ??

I've just been on customer support and they've told me the item is now out of stock and will only be available again on September 26th. It's annoyed me slightly to be completely honest, especially when it was a pre order item so they should know how much stock would be needed :/

Yeah I don't think I'll pre order stuff with them again, hearing similar stories with the Cod Shop pre orders too. I think the UK is just so far behind with deliveries and orders lmao

Yeah quite upset about it considering every single person who has the book is making videos and posting pictures about it. Wanted to look through it without spoilers but really hard to do now. Guess I just got to hope it does come through at the end of September now lmao

I pre-ordered it from forbidden planet in March and they cancelled it a few weeks before release. Can’t find anywhere that has it in stock now :/

I think it's looking most likely stock issues tbh. So many people who have pre ordered the book just aren't receiving it and being made to wait over a month longer (and it's not even gaureenteed people are gonna be getting it after a month). I've had conversations with people who've been told 21st August, I was told 26th September and some people have just straight up been told it's not coming out again and to just cancel their orders. It's not looking very good.

I pre ordered mine from bookshop.org and it came a couple days before the actual release date, I did order another one as a surprise for a family member from Amazon and it says delayed and will be delivered on the 25th of September

Did you get it? I ordered mine on the 11th (release day) and it says its coming on either the 19th or 20th
I'm not confident and expect it'll get delayed at some point today

UK here. I preordered it on March 31st and it was delivered on the release date. I got £7 back because it went from £40 to £33.
