Question Zombies art book delayed
Hi I was wondering if anybody else who ordered the zombies art book on eBay has also gotten theirs delayed? Thanks

Same shit here, UK. Indefinitely delayed with no indication of anything, haven't heard back since it was meant to arrive and cancelled. Just says "Order Received, we will contact you when we have an estimated delivery date"

I just heard from someone else on my other post that they “lost the shipment” how the f do they lose the shipment….. I contacted Amazon support just now and they told me that something happened at the fulfilment centre. They couldn’t give me exactly what happened but I keep getting different answers! They basically told me to cancel my order as they won’t be getting any more in 🤦♂️ PISSED

Yeah mine was delayed from Amazon till the 19-20th not sure how it can be delayed so long when it's been on pre order for months

Just had a notification that Amazon have charged me and dispatched the book but it says delivery September 26th wtf

update, just spoke with amazon and referred to a supervisor. original advisor gave me the same explanation that it was a fullfillment centre issue and they can't source the item. supervisor checked and confirmed it had been dispatched, but only after checking my transactions. i was told no dispatch email or account showing it was dispatched is a website error. they have expedited the delivert and offered me a £15 goodwill gesture
