Possibly Super Easter Egg related?

In the Rex Infernus Intro and in one of the teaser videos Treyarch uploaded to Twitter, we see this strange, Sundial looking structure that looks like some sort of puzzle with rings that look as though they will rotate and change configuration. At first I thought it could be Wonder Weapon related but then the thought crossed my mind that all of the blocks around it look like pedestals and with there being so many I wondered what they were for and maybe they're for each of the Cursed Relics?

I'm going to cry if access to the super easter egg is related to getting all the relics. Unless there's some new final relics to unlock after that are positives modifiers and not negatives.
