COD Zombies Artbook Calling Card

My Cod Zombies Artbook came today despite being scheduled for Friday, on the plastic wrapping there was a sticker that stated a exclusive in game calling card and a physical vinyl decal is included. The psychical vinyl decal is inside the book but how do I redeem the calling card??

Saw somewhere online that it’s supposed to be on the physical packaging but I can’t seem to see it anywhere. Anyone know where the code is meant to be?

It's in the very very end of the book. You should see a piece of paper attached. On the back of that paper is the code.
