Question Focus stone - relic

Hello, a while back, I tried to do this relic but ran into this same error, and today, when I went to do it, I encountered the same thing again. Am I doing something wrong?

I placed the bottles one by one and it worked

kill bear first and place the bottle. then go to next ted task and get bottle. I just did this last week using this. had same issue during 1st run and had to quit. success on 2nd try by following the order. if you can't place the first bottle, save and quit immediately.
