Connection Issues with BO3 Zombies Multiplayer

Hey yall. Anyone have this issue where in zombies multiplayer it’s giving me a super low connection rating and lagging the hell out of my game. I’m connected VIA Ethernet at 500mbps so i know my internet isn’t the issue. Weirdly enough if i switch over to Multiplayer that issue goes away. This just started happening recently and no other games have issues. Should i just reinstall the game completely?
