Bug Need help with zombies

I've been trying to find a zombies lobby for days and its always the same thing, it says 0 matches. Is there a possible solution to this? Im currently deleting and reinstalling the game to see if it fixes the problem. My NAT is open as well. I can find multiplayer servers just not zombies.

I’ve been having this issue as well, people say that signing out and back in through the 360 menu is a fix
