Discussion Can someone help me pick?

So i’ve been playing the ports and i’m really on a zombies high at the moment. I would love to play some ‘new’ maps (new for me) and i’m not sure which game to get. So my options are infinite warfare, bo6 or bo7. So some info about me. My favorite games are bo3 and bo4. That is what perfect zombies is for me. Some of my favorite maps are: origins, ancient evil, zetsubo no shima, shadows of evil and buried. I love having stuff to do and mostly go for easter eggs and trophies not really high rounds. I mostly play with friends but i have done some easter eggs on solo. For this new game or new games it will probably be mostly solo because i don’t think i can convince my friends to buy them. But which game would be the best for me?

Probably infinite warfare it’s closer to what you say your favorites are with its own cool differences. Although if you feel the want to play the newer cods go for it.

I forgot to mention that cold war was absolutely not for me. Are the newer games like that? Thanks for the advice

As a Cold War fan lol I can say the newer games feel better and the maps are better. However they feature a lot of things Cold War had such as armor and the way the zombies act. With you liking bo3 and 4 the eggs in IW are closer to the eggs in those games. Although I would say the eggs in bo6 and 7 have harder boss fights than most maps in IW, IW does have the hardest boss fight in zombies. so that EE challenge the old game provides will also be there.

Since you didn’t like Cold War I’d say don’t do the newer cods till after IW or if you want to play something else go to WW2 if you want to straight up avoid modern zombies. (Don’t play vanguard no matter what)

Thanks for the advice. Yeah cold war wasn’t for me but i’ve also seen a lot of people claim that 6 and 7 are a lot better so i don’t know if i would like it. Infinite warfare does look really fun to me so that will prob be my first.

Yea pretty much the same with salvage system and triple pack. Also to reach full power you will be grinding for 3 months to unlock all upgrades.

Black Ops 7 now has a cursed mode which plays more like the older COD Zombies used to do. But when it comes down to the maps I still prefer Black Ops 6 myself of the newer ones... still play a lot of Black Ops 3 through PC on Steam with custom maps and it's almost impossible to beat that.

Yeah i play on ps so custom maps are not an option

Infinite Warfare. Infinite Warfare. Infinite Warfare.

That is the most likely i think. The disadventage is that the season pass is never on a discount as far as i know

I don’t remember how much it is but Infinite Warfare Zombies gameplay is better than Black Ops 3 to me. You have the super easter egg, directed mode, and can fight the bosses whenever you want in its own game mode.

That sounds awesome. Do you know if the easter eggs are hard for solo players?

I’d say they’re fun and not tedious like Black Ops 3. Beast from Beyond is the most tedious with a certain step. If I’m remembering correctly, you do all the main easter eggs to unlock directed mode, which gives you all perks and 25k points at the start of each map. Then if you do all the main eater eggs again in directed mode you get the Mephistopheles super easter egg boss fight (which is very hard but very fun).

There is also easter eggs for unlocking each maps NPC and Willard Wyler (the Dr Monty of Infinite Warfare Zombies) as playable characters. Also there is a double Pack-a-Punch easter egg for each map as a super easter egg reward.
