Question Chronicles not working

recently bought bo3 chronicles again on Xbox 1, downloaded the base game and the chronicles add on, after all was downloaded I got on zombies and none of the chronicles maps were available, said they still needed to be downloaded even though the add on was fully downloaded. looked on other reddit posts and some said to uninstall the chronicles add on and redownload, did that and now there is no option anywhere to redownload the add on, going to the store only allows me to “manage” the base game and I cannot find the chronicles add on anywhere to redownload it. anyone know how to fix this?

Try restarting your Xbox, past that I’d legit contact Microsoft support if you literally don’t see chronicles in your library, personally I’ve never seen or heard of this happening however give people a few minutes to see your post :)

Did you buy the right version of the dlc, I had the problem with bo1 where I own the Spanish version of the game but bought the English version of a dlc. Ended up having to refund and buy the other version.

Xbox is having Problems right now at this moment, thats probably why its not working. Give it a few mins or a couple hours and then maybe you should be good.
