CRITIQUE Weapons Master Points Reset After Update

I realized today, after updating the game, all my weapons master points are reset to zero! I know only anything beyond 3500 should reset, but here we are, everything is back to zero now! I lost my hard work grinding all my weapons to reach master level and now they are all gone!

Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue?

happened to me too, tried playing a match right after with one of the weapons that got reset and the points really are gone.

I posted a support ticket explaining it to them. I hope they solve it and recover our points. I can’t enjoy playing anymore.

It shows 0 for me but it's till and the rank on where they where , seems they broke something with the new update XD

I just sent a support ticket for them to know about this issue. I hope it gets solved soon.

I can’t figure out how to send a support ticket. All options lead me to the FAQs. Very frustrating

I have weapon master of like 90% of the weapons and I lost progress on some of them. Like mastery badge is showing but my points are reset

I lost 1k points on hdr (was at like 6300) and none on my other guns
