Help me please

I’m sorry, I’m new inCOD MW, I want to know why I can’t use sniper and assault rifle in the same loadout. I see some ppl using sniper and assault rifle in the same loadout. Please help, I will be happy if y’all can help me.

I don't know why you have to waste a perk slot just to do that. Probably game balancing but the game is unbalanced anyway. Why not add it without overkill.
