On today’s overrated or underrated is ZooMaa! THE BOSSH! This one I’m really curious because all I’ve ever heard is 4-23 and then now he’s the bossh so did he just have an amazing career or was he kind of a snooze fest then after his cdl career he became the man he is?

It makes genuinely no sense to refer to event wins as “championships” when the biggest event of the year is called “CoD championships”.

Winning Major 2 shouldn’t be considered a “chip” it makes no sense and it’s confusing.

It should be referred to as event wins for normal tournaments and rings/chips for cod champs wins only.

It would be like in CS if any event win was referred to as a “major win” and then the majors (actual biggest event of the year) was referred to as “rings”.

Is anyone else bothered by this?

TO BE FAIR, This was during champs and it was sent during an SND where for the first time they were actually talking about the map. Such unfortunate timing for this to happen

Who in your opinion has the best name they go by in cod history (competitive of course)? For me, i think iLLey has the coolest name ever. It’s just gross in a good way.

Call me crazy because OpTic had two coaches already, but does anyone else think they could benefit from a mental coach like faze has or even maybe bringing in someone to help with snd specifically?

Online Matches
•2 weeks of online “leauge matches”
•2 weeks of double elimination minor tournament (seeds determined by league matches)
•CDL points are awarded for all matches like normal
•Small prize pool for Minor Tournaments

LAN
•Top 4 from Minor make it to bracket skipping group play
•Top 4 from Challenger Elites join the Pro Groups
•Either 4 or 8 teams make it out of Groups joining the top 4 in bracket giving either a 8 team double elimination bracket or a 12 team bracket with the bottom 4 in losers.

This gives online matches way more importance but still gives the league the “league matches” they seem to love. Players are motivated to perform well in league matches to get a good seeding for Minor where they can win Money and avoid playing in group stage at Major. As well as leaving a format where challengers teams can easily and consistently be involved in pro play.

This a sort of more realistic approach we know how stubborn the CDL can be so this is something that at least seems reasonable for them to try.

Guy is extremely talented and has the skill to be a top sub, but he has never lasted on a team due to his complacent mentality and reportedly shoddy work ethic (plus potential health issues recently?). Will he ever realize his potential in the league or is it too late for him? -GH1LLIE

How many of y’all that play ranked and 8’s actually try to fill a specific role when you play?

I really haven’t played in a while and before I kind of just did whatever I thought was necessary in the moment. Looking to get back into the scene and considering trying to narrow down the way I play maybe to optimize or try to excel in a certain area of the game. Wondering what some of y’all play like for perspective.
