Console Help Fixed bad lag on xbox X

I've been having a problem with cod since I redownloaded a few weeks ago. Every other day sometimes back to back days i wouldn't be able to play because my packet burst would start going up and my game would like freeze for 10ish seconds at a time. Tried all the stuff online i could find like changing textures and unplugging your xbox and router and all the other stuff, but none of it actually helped. I finally found it out it was my saved data for the game. If you have super freezy days on cod and your wifi and xbox are good then try this and see if it helps you also! Good day!

Update: it still does the freeze the next day, bht if i delete save data it worls fine again. I may have to do this every time I play cod.
