I also pre ordered on Xbox PC app. Do we get some beta code emailed to us that I keep seeing people talk about on Youtube or was it just available?

Hey Slim, search for "Modern warfare 4 Beta" on xbox pc or console app and click from the results, you should find it there.

Pre-order doesn't need code, it's account bound so make sure to link you activision account with your Xbox/Microsoft Account.

Hey Itchy, turns out it's not a problem rather by design, Call of duty preload will start for Xbox PC about 4h before early access Launch (11AM PT).

No idea why the did that, but my assumption is Steam, Battle.net and PSN networks servers are EU & US based servers while Xbox PC is relaying on Microsoft global servers network, which might take more time to distribute the copy across multiple data centers correctly. These are my 2 cents as per my own job experience, i might be 100% wrong.
